Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Laura Ashley luxury bedding. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our gracious returns and exchange policy is designed to provide a seamless resolution.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Bed Pillows (once removed from original packaging)
  • Opened or used bedding products
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request
    Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Carefully pack items in original packaging with all tags and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll be charged the difference plus shipping
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error)
